We only offer refunds or replacements if an item arrives damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue. Once approved we will offer either a replacement or a refund

Change of mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept change of mind refunds.
